以中国2013年以来实行的碳排放交易试点政策作为准自然实验事件,基于2000-2017年中国30个省市的面板数据,运用双重差分法实证检验碳排放交易制度的节能减排效应及影响机制。研究发现,碳排放交易制度有利于实现中国经济“节能”与“减排”的双重目标,并通过了一系列稳健性检验;作用机制检验表明,能源效率提升和能源结构转型都是碳排放交易制度实现节能减排目标的重要路径;能源效率提升在碳排放交易制度实现“节能”和“减排”中分别发挥了10.19%和5.93%的作用,而能源结构转型分别发挥了48.87%和52.95%的作用。这意味着中国碳排放交易制度实现节能减排的主要动力来自能源结构转型,而非能源效率提升。能源结构转型涉及问题更加宏观和深层,这为中国加快推进节能减排进程,特别是完成2030年碳达峰和2060年碳中和的国际承诺提供政策启示。 相似文献

Though previous studies suggest a state participation has a negative impact on banks, this paper highlights the potential benefits of state ownership for confidence and stability in the post-crisis period that can outweigh the inefficiencies and potential for corruption of political intervention. We find that the state guarantees are valuable during the crisis. The negative (positive) relation between state ownership and bank profitability (risk) is mitigated in the post-crisis period. Financially troubled banks that receive a transfer payment or capital injection experience improved performance during the post-bailout period. 相似文献

In this research, we empirically explore the effects of various design elements of email newsletters on consumers' email responses and their purchases. We capture the consumers' email responses using three metrics, namely email open, email click, and email reopen. We operationalize consumers' purchases as their spending on product items that are featured in email newsletters. Using a novel email marketing database, first, we model the influence of design elements of email newsletter on consumers' email responses at the individual consumer level. The email design elements constitute several email attributes, situational factors, and integrated marketing communication. Second, we quantify the effects of these three email responses, open, click, and reopen, on consumers' purchases. Our empirical results suggest a significant influence of email attributes, situational factors, and marketing communications on consumers' email responses. Furthermore, among open, click, and reopen, we find clicks tend to have the highest impact on consumers’ purchase, followed by email reopening and opening. However, email newsletters with higher opening probability are more effective in influencing purchases than those email newsletters with higher reopening probability. Furthermore, consumers who indulge in all three email responses, namely opening, clicking, and reopening, tend to purchase the most. Results from our study offer several critical insights for email marketing strategy helping managers improving the effectiveness of email campaigns by careful consideration for the design elements of email newsletters. 相似文献

Welfare-state transformation and entrepreneurial urban politics in Western welfare states since the late 1970s have yielded converging trends in the transformation of the dominant Fordist paradigm of social housing in terms of its societal function and institutional and spatial form. In this article I draw from a comparative case study on two cities in Germany to show that the resulting new paradigm is simultaneously shaped by the idiosyncrasies of the country's national housing regime and local housing policies. While German governments have successively limited the societal function of social housing as a legitimate instrument only for addressing exceptional housing crises, local policies on providing and organizing social housing within this framework display significant variation. However, planning and design principles dominating the spatial forms of social housing have been congruent. They may be interpreted as both an expression of the marginalization of social housing within the restructured welfare housing regime and a tool of its implementation according to the logics of entrepreneurial urban politics. 相似文献

Institutional fields are not static, they undergo times of fragmentation and times of settlement. Neo-institutional research has long explained the settlement of fields as either the effect of political manoeuvring of actors, or of discursive activity influencing cultural codes, narratives and symbols. But can these processes really be considered in isolation? In this paper, we propose to adopt a comprehensive view on fields’ dynamics, one that embraces the interaction of political and discursive manoeuvring to explain how fragmented fields manage to settle. To do so, we build on the Gramscian concept of hegemonic practices as discursive and political processes that integrate cultural equivalence among actors with political alliances based on aligned interests. Hegemonic practices align actors in a new historical bloc (a new settlement). Through this lens, we interpret the case of the Italian State steel privatization (1984–1995) and propose a process model explaining what yields fields’ dynamics from fragmentation to settlement. The model highlights the action of diffused agency in field dynamics, thus overcoming the obsolete challenger/incumbent view, and the need of becoming a historical bloc for alliances to stabilize a field. 相似文献

以“PlanT”康复花园的场所设计及志愿者参与性活
动设计为疗愈方法,通过循证实验设计,采用中医体质量表评
价健康增益。研究结果表明:其花园参与性设计对志愿者有不
同的健康增益效果。26.67%的志愿者在参与活动后,曾由偏
颇体质转为平和体质,其中有16.67%转为平和体质并持续到
活动结束。活动结束时,在各体质的亚量表中,志愿者平和质
得分显著高于活动前,8种偏颇体质得分整体均有下降,其中5
种与活动前得分有极显著差异,2种有显著差异。调查问卷结果
表明:志愿者主观认为康复花园参与性设计对健康有明显增益
作用。选择9月采集中医体质量表数据,将实验组与对照组进行
对比,得到实验组转为平和质的人数较对照组高14%,实验组
中有2种体质在活动前后的亚量表分数有显著差异,对照组均无
显著差异。研究表明,康复花园参与性设计对本案例45~70岁
